Many health insurance companies have commercials filled with smiling grandparents, giggling children, and doctors doctoring. Without a way to break from the cookie-cutter creative troupes seen time and time again in the industry, Dean Health Plan would end up floating off in a sea of sameness with their competitors.​​​​​​​

The Challenge
Dean Health Plan tasked us with delivering a fresh campaign concept that lived up to their brand promise of "putting humanity back in health care" without losing sight of their product — insurance coverage.

The Solution
"For Every Moment" was born out of the idea that life is a series of moments and, whether momentous or seemingly mundane, your health insurance covers you in all of them. To Dean Health Plan and their customers, that makes every single moment matter.

2019 | Brand Awareness Campaign
When every moment matters, there are no small moments — from a baby's first steps at home to the one of thousands on the long road to recovery.

This integrated campaign came to life through the connection of uniquely captured slice-of-life vignettes. In static executions, the collage allowed us to showcase these many moments while the video leveraged the rectangular shape and design of the Dean Health Plan insurance card — projecting the most tangible symbol of protection for its members in every frame.

During open enrollment when attention is at a premium, this visually distinct campaign stands out from the competition and leaves an impression — All with the product always in the frame.

On the heels of the campaign's success, we became the creative agency of record for Dean Health Plan.

We continued to evolve "For Every Moment" over multiple years. In an effort to further deliver on the brand promise, our team shifted focus from the many moments Dean has you covered to the individual person Dean has covered in every one of their moments — literally putting them at the center of the story.
The themes of the brand awareness campaign carried down into Dean Health Plan's product line campaigns each year, catering "For Every Moment" to speak more directly to each of their specific target audiences — for Medicare, Individual & Family, Group plans.
